1. Our hire period is based on a daily hire if you require a longer period then this could be arranged at an extra cost. Bookings need to be paid for in full 14 days prior to the date of your event. Alternatively when securing a date if within 14 days payment will be required in full on booking. If these terms are not adhered to then it may result in the loss of the deposit.  

 

1a. Method of payment accepted are cash, cheque or Bank Transfer.

 

2. Amendments or cancellations to your order can be made up to 7 days before the delivery/collection date. Please note this is dependent on stock levels at the time. 

 

3. We offer a delivery and collection service chargeable at £0.50p per mile each way this is calculated from Ashford, Kent, to the agreed location.​

4. We offer a washing up service if you would like to take the stress out of your party. This is charged at different rates dependant on the size of your order. Please refer to specific packages for exact prices. If you take on the trouble of washing our crockery yourselves we ask that this is by hand only.

 

5. Delivery and collection times are estimations and may change due to traffic/weather conditions however we do our up most to be accurate where possible.

 

5. We ask that you repack all crockery in the condition that it was given as breakage charges apply.

 

6.  Orders need to be checked by the hirer on delivery/collection to ensure all crockery is present as charges apply for missing crockery on return. Once you have signed for your delivery the crockery becomes your responsibility and you would be responsible for any losses or damages.

7. A deposit of £25.00 is required for all bookings which secures a date requested and will be returned in full 24 hours after receiving our crockery back subject to any breakages or losses.  In the unfortunate event of any breakages then the deposit would be non refundable. This is due to our crockery being part of a set and therefore hard to resource.

8. I'm a Little Tea Cup accept no responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by the hire of any crockery or accessories, however caused. This includes any arising from item malfunctions or breakages.
